As a Freshman in 2002: Appeared in one game for the Terps against Samford (Feb. 9) … singled and drove in a run in her plate appearance during the Bama Bash.

Before Maryland: Amassed eight varsity letters as a four-year starter on both Neshaminy’s softball and field hockey teams … received first team all-league honors as a senior captain of the softball squad … helped team to the district championship as a sophomore and league championship as a freshman … received scholar-athlete, gold glove and versatility awards for softball … also captained her field hockey team as a senior … played summer softball with Terp teammate Malissa Moczulski and the vaunted Pennsylvania Blazing Angels, who won the national ASA championship in 2000 and state titles from 1998-2000.
