1999 season: Will participant in the Umbro Select College All-Star Classic in February ... Cropley was the team’s second-leading scorer in 1999 with seven goals and seven assists for 21 points … the forward’s biggest game this season was his two-goal effort against Clemson to give Maryland the 2-0 win at Riggs Field for the Terps’ first victory there since 1988 … his four-point effort against Clemson was his season-high … he had the game-winners against Monmouth on Sept. 15, Lafayette on Sept. 22, and Clemson on Oct. 30 … was one of only four players to start every game for Maryland this season … Cropley is ninth on Maryland’s career goals list with 29, fifth on Maryland’s career assists list with 16, and sixth on Maryland’s career points list with 76 … he was named the Offensive MVP at the Maryland/Fila Preseason College Kick-off Tournament, as well as receiving ACC player of the Week honors for the week of Nov. 1 … Cropley was also named to Soccer America’s Team of the Week (Oct. 25).

As a Junior in 1998: Played in 23 games, earning the starting nod in 21 … was third on the team in goals (7) and assists (6), finishing with 20 points … two of his seven goals were game-winners, including his goal against North Carolina in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament … his other game-winner came against American … scored a career-high two goals against American and vs. San Francisco … other goals were against then-top-ranked Duke and Loyola.

As a Sophomore in 1997: Appeared in 22 games, starting in 16 ... shared team scoring honors with seven goals and five assists ... his was second on the team in goal scoring with 19 points ... scored a career-high two goals against Loyola and added an assist ... scored one goal vs. Clemson, and one goal and one assist against Duke in the quarterfinals and semifinals, respectively, of the ACC Tournament ... scored the game-winning goal in the Terps' 2-1 win over Wake Forest ... scored one goal and added an assist vs. Santa Clara in the Maryland Diadora/3 Brothers Tournament ... also scored one goal against George Mason ... tallied an assist against Duke and Villanova.

As a Freshman in 1996: Blazed onto the collegiate scene, ending his inaugural season with eight goals ... totaled 16 points ... second-leading goal scorer on the team ... played in all 23 games, getting the starting nod in five ... scored two game-winning goals, including a goal at the five-minute mark vs. Mount St. Mary's which lifted the Terps to a 1-0 victory ... scored the Terps' lone goal in the tie against American ... scored in each of the Terps' games at the Diadora/3 Brothers Invitational.
