• Made Maryland debut vs. Butler (3/23), playing late minutes.
• Transferred to Maryland after a season at Hofstra in 2003.
• Played high school lacrosse with fellow Terp Andrew Schwartzman

On Miller: Sophomore transfer from Hofstra ... suffered a broken jaw and concussion in the Terps' first scrimmage of the spring and most likely will miss the entire season ... was making good progress in camp moving up midfield lines ... has a good shoot and knows where to shoot ... increased conditioning means increased value to the team according to Cottle.
