Student Assistant

Meg Griffin is in her first year as the student assistant for the tennis team after completing a stellar career with the Terps. Griffin will be involved in all facets of the program.

Griffin started her freshman year in 1996 and made an immediate impact on the team and helped lead the team to post-season play. Griffin finished the 1998-99 season as the East Regional Senior Player of the Year and was voted all-conference in the ACC. She also made a trip with her teammates to the NCAA Tournament. Griffin secured her place in Maryland history as the only tennis player to ever compete in all four grand slam tournaments (NCAA Tournament, National Indoor Tournament, National Clay Court Championships and the All-American Championships).
