As a Sophomore in 1997: Started every game at midfield as the Terps advanced to the NCAA Tournament and to the championship game of the ACC Tournament … one of only four players to start all 24 games … her penalty kick after overtime against NC State helped send Maryland to the 1997 ACC championship game … scored a career-high five goals and added a career-high five assists for a career-high 15 points during her freshman season, 1996. As a Freshman in 1996: Scored a single-season career-high six goals and added a single-season career-high five assists for a single-season career-high 17 total points … displayed her all-star potential as she amassed 10 points in her first 10 games … best three-game scoring streak came against New Hampshire (Sept. 7), Hartford (Sept. 8) and James Madison (Sept. 13) as she totaled six points (two goals and two assists) … scored the game-winning goal against St. Mary's in her first career game on Aug. 30, 1996 … goal came in the 75th minute in the first round of the University of Hawaii tournament in Honolulu … was the first game-winning goal of her career … had three shots in the championship game of the Hawaii Tournament as the Terps defeated Hawaii, 1-0, on Sept. 1 … a career-high three total points (one goal and one assist) came against New Hampshire in the first round of the Hartford/UMBRO Women's Soccer Cup … first career ACC goal came against Duke on Oct. 25 … her goal tied the game at 1-1 as the Terps and Blue Devils played to a 3-3 tie.

Before Maryland: A 1996 Parade Magazine All-American and captain of the East team in the Puma Cup Tournament … co-captain of her club team which won the Florida State Cup in 1996.
