Seth Diters is in his second year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at The University of Maryland. Diters is directly responsible for the strength and conditioning programs for baseball and men’s and women's golf.
Prior to coming to Maryland, Diters was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Winona State University, located in Winona, Minnesota. During his 2 ½ year stay at Winona he worked primarily with baseball, softball, men's basketball, and gymnastics, while also assisting with football. During the 2010 season, Winona State baseball won their first ever Central Region Championship and advanced to the DII College World Series Final.
Prior to Winona State, Diters has worked at The University of Iowa with Olympic Sports, as well as Binghamton University.
Diters received his M.S. from Winona State University in May 2012 and earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2008.
