COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Senior forward Emmy Harbo scored two goals and added one assist and senior forward Keri Sarver had two assists as Maryland defeated No.9 Duke, 3-1, in collegiate women's soccer at Ludwig Field tonight. Harbo's five points on the night give her 113 total career points and move her into a tie for 11th place in Atlantic Coast Conference history. Sarver's two points give her 115 for her career and move her into sole possession of 10th place in ACC history.

Maryland improves to 2-3-0 overall and 1-1-0 in the ACC while Duke falls to 3-3-0 overall and 0-1-0 in the ACC.

Harbo scored the game's first goal at the 12:39 mark and added what proved to be the game-winner at the 49:34 mark. It was her first game-winning goal of the season and the 10th game-winner of her career. She has now scored a school-record 47 goals during her four-year career. Her 47 career goals ties her for ninth in ACC history.

Sarver was credited with two assists during the game. She assisted on Maryland's second goal by Harbo and its third by junior midfielder Jackie Mynarski. She now has a team leading three assists this season. For Mynarski it was her first goal of the season.

Junior midfielder Sherrill Kester scored Duke's only goal. It came at the 77:38 mark in the second half. It was her first goal of the season. Freshman forward Sarah Pickens was credited with her first career assist.

Maryland plays host to NC State at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
