NEW LONDON, N.C. - Senior Sean Bosdosh went three-under par Sunday for a score of 69 in the final round of the ACC Men's Golf Championship at The Old North State Club in New London, N.C.
Bosdosh finished tied for 14th in the standings with his combined score of 214 (71-74-69) which was good for two-under on the weekend. He birdied six holes on the day.
"We certainly had an indifferent spring," head coach Jason Rodenhaver said. "We just couldn't get everyone going at the same time. Sean finished on high note with a 69 and he's the second player in Maryland history to play in every event for four years. Hopefully, our returners learned something this week. The only way to separate yourself from a pool of talented players is to work at it and work at it when no one is watching."
Junior Connor Tendall finished tied for 35th on the leaderboard with his two-over score of 74 Sunday. He notched a combined score of 222 (77-71-74) on the weekend.
Freshman Victor Fox picked up a third round score of 76 Sunday to shoot a combined score of 225 (75-74-76) on the weekend. Senior Andrew Stein had a strong third and final round Sunday with a one-over score of 73. He finished with an overall score of 226 (77-76-73). Sophomore Tom Harris notched a combined score of 227 (76-75-75) on the weekend.
