Personal: Son of Jim and Catherine… father played football and lacrosse at Hofstra, and is currently the Houston Texans' director of football research … brothers Jake (2009-13) and Jesse (2010-13) both played lacrosse at Maryland and play professionally in Major League Lacrosse … Jesse was a two-time USILA All-American and the 2012 ACC Defender of the Year … Jesse is currently the defensive coordinator for Maryland men's lacrosse, while Jake is an assistant coach for Vermont men's lacrosse ... strongly considered playing football at Navy, before deciding to play lacrosse at Maryland.
