Before Maryland: 2016 McDonald’s All-American…named to Jordan Brand Classic and a WBCA High School All-American and the Gatorade State Player of the Year for Idaho as a senior and junior…ranked the No. 7 overall player by both ESPN, All Star Girls Report and the Collegiate Girls senior season, led Mavericks to 23-4 record and second straight 5A state title…averaged 24.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 6.1 assists as a senior...led Mountain View to its first state title and record of 26-1 in her junior season...named Idaho Player of the Year as a junior and conference Player of the Year as a junior and freshman... earned First Team All-State honors in all four years of her career...point guard for U.S. Under-19 team...helped lead Team USA to a gold medal in Moscow in the FIBA World Championships in the summer of 2015.

Personal: Parents are Jonathan and Christina Slocum…has four siblings – Marcus, Dominic, Trinity and Dallas…came to Maryland for the team atmosphere, the program’s prestige and the coaching major.
