Redshirt season (2016): Earned NFHCA National Academic Squad (2016)...part of team that won third straight Big Ten regular season title.

Before Maryland: Played three years of varsity field won two county titles, regional titles and were state semifinalists two years straight...named First Team All-American, All-Region, All-State, All-Metro and All-County as a junior...also named a Scholar Athlete...played for the Spark Field Hockey Club...has played in USA Field Hockey's Futures program.

Personal: Parents are Trudy and Michael Frost...has one sibling, Phebe...intends to major in Communication...came to Maryland for the location, the team dynamic and the coaches.
