As a Redshirt Freshman (2016): Appeared in five games ... made first career appearance vs. Howard (9/3) ... made first career tackle at FIU (9/9).

As a Freshman (2015): Did not see game action ... earned defensive scout team player of the week honors for preparation for #1 Ohio State (10/10) and Rutgers (11/28).

At Potomac High School: Lettered all four years at Potomac High School…racked up 52 tackles, 7.5 sacks and one interception in senior season…received Washington Post All-Met second team honors…named first team All-State… received a nomination for the 2014 US Army All-American game…selected to play in the Crab Bowl…played in the 2014 Offense-Defense All-American game…selected to play for Maryland in the Big 33 Game…a consensus three-star prospect…ranked 13th-best player in state of Maryland by Rivals…also lettered in basketball… coached by Ronnie Crump.
