STATESBORO, Ga. - Freshman Victor Fox went two-under par Saturday to lead the Maryland men's golf team in the second round at the Schenkel Invitational tournament hosted by Georgia Southern at the Forest Heights Country Club.
Fox improved his score from Friday's first round by four strokes to go two-under par with a score of 70. His current combined score of 144 has him tied for 23rd on the leaderboard.
Senior Sean Bosdosh shot a three-over 75 for the second straight day. Junior Connor Tendall shaved a stroke off his score from Friday, shooting a five-over 77. He and Tom Harris both have a combined score of 155. Andrew Stein holds a score of 159 (76-83) after the first two rounds.

The Terrapins are one of 15 teams competing in the 35th annual Schenkel Invitational. They will compete against No. 6 UCF, No. 10 Virginia, No. 14 UAB, No. 15 Texas, No. 28 Kentucky, College of Charleston, Georgia State, NC State, Duke, North Florida, Florida, North Texas, Mississippi and tournament-host Georgia Southern.
