2014 OUTDOOR TRACK: Won the 200 meters at the Maryland Invitational in a season-best 24.94...finished fifth at the ECAC Championships in the 400m with a time of 54.38...placed ninth at the ACC Outdoor Championships (54.40)...notched a third place at the Kehoe Twilight (54.43)...finished fourth at the UTEP Springtime Meet (55.73).

2014 INDOOR TRACK: Season-best 300-meter time came at the Terrapin Invitational (41.92)...finished third at the Lafayette/Rider Games in the 400m in a season-best 55.85...placed second at the Lions Invitational (55.88)...placed sixth at the Doc Hale VT Elite (56.39)...notched an eighth place finish at the Hokie Invitational (56.66).

2013 CROSS COUNTRY: did not compete.

BEFORE MARYLAND - Finished 3rd on the 4x400 relay team at the Canadian Junior Championships... Participated at the Canadian Summer Games Trials, finishing 2nd in 400m at 55.83...
