Hi ya terp fans!
Phase one of this year is officially complete! With our first week off from bootcamp, phase two is coming in HOT! We are upping our practices by finally putting all our skills together and making routines. I can already tell how amazing this team is going to be this year!
With our first intrasqaud coming up in three weeks, the gym terps are pushing hard in and out of the gym. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday we had our normal practices along with lift in the weight room. Outside of the gym, we are constantly doing treatment and meeting with our nutritionist, Colleen Davis. This week we all had bod pod, a machine that accurately determines our body composition. It’s awesome because we’re able to see how much stronger we’ve gotten after bootcamp!
Saturday was an exciting day because it was homecoming weekend!! We tailgated with friends and family and talked with a lot of the alumni! After the tailgate, all the gym terps went to the football game, where we helped with marketing to make the giant yellow M in the student section. It was so cool and came out great!
