Maryland fans continued to show their excitement about the Terps's 2-0 start by wearing their Maryland pride sunglasses at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium Saturday.

Maryland responded with an impressive 47-10 win over Old Dominion in front of their passionate shade wearing fans, totaling 587 yards of offense. With a 43-10 victory over FIU in their season opener, it marked the first time in program history that the Terps opened the season scoring 40 or more points in their first two games.

The Terps' fans extremely optimistic about the start of the 2013 campaign, were treated to a tremendous performance by a pair of exciting sophomores: running back Brandon Ross and wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Ross raced for a career-high 149 rushing yards on 18 carries (8.3 avg.) and a five-yard touchdown run, while Diggs electrified the fans with six receptions for a career-best 179 yards, including a 41-yard catch-and-run to reach paydirt.

Maryland next plays at Connecticut on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Keep the good vibes going Terp fans -- and be sure to wear the shades proudly at the next home game and join the Terps at MT&T Bank Stadium on Sat., Sept. 21, when Maryland plays host West Virginia.
