2012 OUTDOOR TRACK - Ran the 1,500 at the UCF Invitational in 4:39.36...Finished in 5th place...Finished 1st at the Maryland Invitational in the 3,000 (9:58.53)...Was the team's fastest time of the season...Is 8th fastest time in Terps history...Finished 12th at the Colonial Relays in the 5,000 (16:52.40)...Was the team's fastest time of the season...Ranks 4th all time on the Terps records list.
2012 INDOOR TRACK - Season best mark in the mile came in 4:54.75 at the Columbia Last Chance...Finished 22nd in event...Mark is 10th all time at Maryland...Season best mark in the 3,000 came in 9:55.31 at the ACC Championships...Finished 16th in event...Mark is 8th fastest in Terps history...Member of the distance medley relay that finished 5th at the ACC Championships (11:31.39)...Mark is fastest all time in Terps history.
2010 INDOOR TRACK - Had Maryland's best mark of the season in the mile, running 4:54.47 to place fourth at the N.Y. Armory Meet... Time ranks 8th on Maryland's all-time list... Best 800 time of season was 2:18.51 at the Patriot Games to finish third... Member of Terps' school-record DMR that ran 11:40.32 on oversized track at Notre Dame.
BEFORE MARYLAND - Attended Council Rock High School North... Won leagues and districts in cross country ... third at leagues in track... won the 1,600 and 800 meters at leagues... placed first in the 1,600 at districts... placed fourth in both the 1,600 and 800 meters at state... named cross country runner of the year in 2007...was on first team all-league and all-state.
PERSONAL - Daughter of William and Wendy Fricke... has two siblings Billy, 15 and Justin, 12... is undecided on major... member of the National Honor Society... was named student of the month... lists Misty May as sports hero... chose Maryland for the running program... also recruited by Bucknell and Penn.
