As a Sophomore (2012): A versatile player who saw time at first base, in the outfield and on the mound ... made 12 appearances in the field or as a pinch hitter ... made eight appearances as a relief pitcher .. was the starting third baseman for much of his freshman season (2011) ... appeared in relief at No. 14 UCLA (2/19) and gave up one run on one hit in one inning of work ... saw his first action on offense as a pinch-hitter vs. Purdue (2/25), singling and later scoring ... struck out three batters in two innings of scoreless work against George Washington (3/20) ... gave up two runs on four hits over two innings at Miami (3/24) ... pitched a scoreless 1-2/3 innings at St. John's (3/28) ... gave up two earned runs on four in two innings against Bucknell (4/4) ... went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs and two RBIs against Duke (4/14) ... had a pinch-hit run-scoring double against Duke (4/15) ... pitched a perfect inning at Towson (4/24) ... worked 2/3 of an inning at Virginia Tech (4/29) ... fanned four batters over three scoreless innings at Florida State (5/5).

On the Mound: Made his debut on the mound on April 26 and had five appearances on the year ... had a 3.00 ERA in six innings pitched ... retired all six batters he faced, with three strikeouts, vs. Saint Joseph's (4/26) to earn a save in his debut on the mound ... tossed two scoreless innings at Towson (5/4) and allowed just one hit ... pitched 2/3 of an inning at North Carolina (5/8) ... earned his second save of the year with an inning of scoreless relief h at Delaware (5/10) ... allowed his only runs of the season in 1/3 of an inning vs. Wake Forest (5/19), giving up two runs on two hits.
