Terps in 12th After Two Rounds at Lady Jaguar

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Maryland currently sits in 12th place at the Insperity Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate after posting a 317 and 315 in the opening rounds. Sophomore Juliet Vongphoumy is the top Terp, shooting a seven-over 151 in the opening rounds.

Freshman Heidi Baek finished tied for 55th after shooting a 79 on Saturday, one stroke better than her first round score. Maryland is now ten strokes behind ninth place, and will look to improve on their final round tomorrow.

Vanderbilt is in first place overall, shooting a 583 in the opening rounds. Augusta State ‘s Natalie Willie leads the field at the Lady Jaguar Intercollegiate, shooting a two-under in the first round and an even par today.
