COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Former Maryland women's basketball stars Laurin Mincy and Brene Moseley have signed to play professionally overseas. Mincy signed with the JCU Townsville Fire in Australia. Moseley will play with the IK EOS club in Lund, Sweden.
Mincy's JCU Townsville team is located on the Eastern coast of Australia. Mincy spent two years playing abroad in Israel, averaging 15.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists during her debut campaign with Ramat Hasharon. Mincy was drafted by the New York Liberty in 2015.

Moseley's IK EOS squad will open its season at the end of September. Last year, the team advanced to the BNL Quarterfinals. At Maryland, Moseley averaged 11.6 points per game in her final season with Maryland in 2015. She notched 443 career assists as well. Moseley was drafted by the Indiana Fever in 2016.
