All fans in attendance will receive a basketball bingo card and have the opportunity to win prizes for single bingo and black out bingo. Kids 12 and under are invited to stick around after the game to shoot baskets on the court. The Terrapins will also celebrate Throwback Thursday with a combination of pop-culture from the 1990’s and 2000’s.

The Terrapins won at Penn State, 69-65, Sunday afternoon in State College. Blair Watson hit five threes to lead the way and Ieshia Small scored 14, including 10 in the second half. Brianna Fraser added 12 points and Kristen Confroy scored 10. Stephanie Jones sunk two free throws with 59 seconds left, then made a layup with 12 seconds remaining to seal the Terps' 11th straight win.
Seven Terrapins are scoring in double figures - Kaila Charles (17.7), Blair Watson (14.4), Eleanna Christinaki (17.5), Ieshia Small (12.4), Stephanie Jones (12.1), Brianna Fraser (11.1) and Kristen Confroy (10.5).
Watson (+11.5), Charles (+8.2) and Jones (+7.3) are the Big Ten's top three most improved scorers. Small (+7.3) is No. 6, Confroy (+5.4) is No. 13 and Fraser (+5.0) is No. 14 in the league.
Thursday’s matchup is the seventh all-time between Maryland and Iowa. Maryland has won the last five straight matchups since joining the league in 2014. Last year, the Terps won 98-82 in Iowa City on Jan. 14. Ieshia Small added 10 points and Brianna Fraser scored 10. Last Jan. 29, Maryland won 100-81 in College Park, behind 17 points from Fraser and 10 from Kaila Charles. Brenda Frese is 6-0 vs. Iowa in her career. She grew up in Cedar Rapids, less than 30 miles from the University of Iowa.
The Terrapins are currently ranked No. 4 in scoring margin (+27.4) and No. 5 in the country in scoring (88.5)and in offensive rebounds (17.4). Blair Watson is third in the country in threes made with 58 this year, behind just USF's Kitija Laksa (60) and Ohio State's Kelsey Mitchell (59). Confroy and Watson are Nos. 1 and 2 in the Big Ten in three-point FG percentage. Stephanie Jones is No. 3 in the league in FG percentage (.619).
Maryland is ranked No. 13 in the Associated Press poll and in the USA Today Coaches poll.
