Caragh started her residency as the Cross Country and Track and Field Athletic Trainer in July 2017. Caragh is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree from Clemson University in Athletic Leadership with anticipation of graduation in August 2018.
After graduation, Caragh got her first job as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Wingate University in North Carolina. She was responsible for both the women’s soccer team and men/women Track and Field teams. During her time there she worked with multiple National Qualifiers including 2 second place finishers and the program’s first Conference Championship win in the SAC.
In 2016, Caragh graduated from UNC Charlotte with her Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. During her time at UNC Charlotte she worked with the 49er football and volleyball teams as well as local high schools. Caragh was also a 49er student athlete herself, as a Division 1 Cross Country/Track and Field athlete.
She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and is currently CPR/AED certified.
A native from Woodbine, MD, Caragh currently resides in Silver Spring, MD with her fiancé Tyler and their puppy Addy.
