2017 Outdoor: Competed at eight events in the shotput and javelin throw…finished 2nd in the javelin throwing 36.18m at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…took 4th place in the javelin (39.35m) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/24)…placed 3rd in the javelin throw with a career-best 41.18m at the Virginia Quad (4/8)…had another top 5 finish in the javelin throwing 33.68m during the Hopkins Invitational (4/14)…captured 3rd place in the shotput (11.53m) and won the javelin (36.73m) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)…finished with a top-10 finish in the javelin throwing 39.97m at the Big Ten Championships (5/12-14).
2017 Indoor: Competed at one event in the shotput…threw 10.89m for 13th place at the Wesley A. Brown Women’s Invitational (1/28).
2016 Outdoor: Academic All-Big Ten...Competed at six events primarily as javelin thrower...threw personal-best 130’11” at the Big Ten Championships, which ranks her fourth in program history in the event (5/13-15)...eclipsed her previous personal-best in the javelin at first meet, throwing 120’5” at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (3/18-19)... threw 122’2” at Maryland Invitational (3/26)...reached 109’6” at Virginia Quad Meet (4/8)...hit 119’3” at lou Onesty Invite (4/9)...threw javelin (118’10”), discus (70’6”) and shot put (36’2”) at Kehoe Twilight (5/6).
2016 Indoor: Competed at the Terrapin Invitational, throwing 31’6” in the shot put (1/30).
Before Maryland: Holds a Javelin personal record of 36.65…record came after just two months of training…placed third at the All-Ireland Games…finished third at the Georgia Telays…holds a PR of 10m in the shot put…named to the All-SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2013/2014…took up throwing after suffering a soccer career ending spinal cord injury…president of Georgia’s SAAC in 2014…is a Richard B.
