2017 Outdoor: Academic All-Big Ten...competed at six events…Won the 200m running in 21.95 at the Maryland Invitational (3/18)…4x400m relay won (3:13.72) also came in 4th in the 400m (48.11) and 9th in the 200m (22.01) at the UNF Spring Break Invitational (3/24)…finished 23rd in the 4x200m relay (1:27.64), 7th in the 1600smr (3:24.35), and 25th in the 400m (48.05) at the Florida Relays (3/30-4/1)…Won the 200m (21.94) and 400m (48.13) during the Virginia Quad (4/8)…took 6th in the 400m (48.29) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet (5/5)…4x400m relay team placed 7th (3:12.06) at the B1GS.
2017 Indoor: Competed at three events…finished 2nd in the 200m (22.18) and won the 400m (48.48) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14)…placed 2nd in the 300m (34.92) at the Terrapin Invitational (1/21)…ran 22.03 to take 6th place in the 200m at the Penn State National (1/27-28).
2016 Outdoor: Academic All-Big Ten...competed at eight events...ran the 400m and in relays events... member of four first place 4x400 relay squads...member of first place 4x400 team (3:16.45) and took second with a season-best in the 400 (48.00) at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (3/18-3/19)...helped 4x400 team win at Maryland Invitational with time of 3:15.07 (3/26)...also took third in 400 (48.45) at MD Invite...helped sprint medley relay (3:24.22) squad capture fifth place finish and went 48.49 in 400 at Florida Relays (3/31-4/2)...4x400 relay team was first (3:14.34) and finished second in 400 (48.46) at Virginia Quad Meet (4/8)...second in 4x400 (3:16.10) and fourth in 400 (48.31) at Morgan State Legacy Meet (4/22-23)...member of 4x200 relay squad that advanced to finals of Penn Relays, finishing ninth in the field in 1:26.40 (4/28-30)...helped sprint medley relay go 3:25.99 at Penn Relays...posted first place finishes in 4x400 (3:19.49) and 400 (48.72) at Kehoe Twilight (5/6)...4x400 team was 10th (3:09.91) and went 48.21 in the 400 at Big Ten Championships (5/13-15).
2016 Indoor: Competed at three events…member of first place 4x400 relay team (3:20.12) at Terrapin Invitational (1/30)…took third in the 4x400 relay (3:17.04) and 30th in the 400 (49.99) at the Armory Track Invitational (2/5-2/6)…13th in the 400 (48.58) and 22nd in the 200 (22.40) at the SPIRE Invite (2/12-2/13).
2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven events…began his season with a seventh-place finish as a member of the 4x100m relay team at the UTEP Springtime Invitational…took third in the 400m (50.20) at the Maryland Invitational while also running as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:22.03)…nabbed a 15th-place finish with the 4x200m relay team at the Floriday Relays (1:25.77)…finished 13th in the 400m at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (48.70)…competed at the Penn Relays as a part of the Distance Medley Relay team…placed third in the 400m (49.05) at the Kehoe Twilight Meet while also taking second as a member of the 4x400m relay team…took 21st in the 400m (48.72) at the Big Ten Championships while also competing with the 4x400m relay squad that took 10th (3:13.60).
2015 Indoor: Competed in four meets…took 18th in the 200m at the Penn State Relays in a time of 22.69…finished fourth in the 300m at the Terrapin Invitational (36.11) while also competing as a member of the second-place 4x400m relay team (3:22.66)…notched a 20th place finish in the 400m in the Armory Track Invitational (49.47)…also was a member of the 11th-place 4x400m relay team at the same event (3:20.36)…placed 18th at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in the 400m (49.11)…finished 25th in the 200m (22.30) at the same competition.
Before Maryland: Earned All-American, All-State, All-Area and All-Conference honors during his time at Old Bridge High School...helped set a meet record in the 4x400 in the 2014 Milrose Games Suburban race...won NJSIAA Group IV indoor and outdoor state titles in the 4x400...participated in the 2013 Penn Relays...the 2013 New Balance Indoor Nationals Emerging Elite 400m champion...high school personal bests - 200m (22.18), 400m (48.04)
