Terps Complete Regular Season at Big Five

Freshman Alecia Farina placed third in the all-around as the Maryland gymnastics team competed in the Big Five meet Saturday. The Terps posted a 193.375 while Nebraska placed first with a 196.650, followed by Illinois (196.450), Ohio State (195.350) and Michigan State (194.650).

Terps to Compete in Big Five Meet Saturday

The Maryland gymnastics team travels to Champaign, Ill., for the annual Big Five Meet Saturday at 3 p.m. The Terps will face No. 11 Illinois, Michigan State, No. 13 Nebraska and No. 24 Ohio State in the meet, which serves as a qualifier for the Big Ten Championship. The Big Five will be aired on Big Ten Network.

Hey Terp Fans! Your GymTerps were on fire this past weekend. We started off with three big wins competing against Temple, Southern Connecticut, and West Chester in Philadelphia. We started the meet off strong on bars and beam, but floor was the spark to our entire weekend. We had some new career highs again this big weekend! Sophomore Amanda Bertorello,
